What Premye Ane is

Premye Ane offers free articles, checklists, and know-your-rights cards, plus a paid digital product — the $15 Premye Ane Survival Pack — about the first year in America for Haitian newcomers, in English, French, and Haitian Creole.

Payments

The Survival Pack is a one-time $15 USD payment processed securely through Payhip (which handles card processing via Stripe or PayPal). After payment you receive download access. Your payment details are handled by the payment processor; we never see or store your card number.

Issues with your purchase

The Survival Pack is a digital product delivered instantly. If you have any problem with your purchase or download, email us at help@doogex.com and we will make it right.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site or in the Survival Pack is legal advice. Immigration law changes often and your situation is your own — talk to a licensed immigration attorney about your case.

Accuracy

We work to keep status information, deadlines, and figures current as of the date shown on each page. But immigration situations change fast — always verify time-sensitive details with a licensed immigration attorney before acting on them.

Your use of the site

You may use the free content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and you're encouraged to share the free checklists and know-your-rights cards with family on WhatsApp. The site's content — including the Survival Pack materials — is our intellectual property. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premye Ane is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or the Survival Pack. The most we could owe you is the amount you paid us.
